Refund Policy
Service-Based Refunds
- Initial Deposits/Retainers: Deposits for design services are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- Incomplete Projects: If you decide to cancel a project before its completion, we will evaluate the work completed and issue a partial refund where applicable.
- Revisions: We provide up to 5 revisions per project. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction after exceeding the agreed number of revisions.
Digital Deliverables
- Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., logos, illustrations, or design files), refunds are not available once the final files have been delivered.
- Refunds may be considered if deliverables are proven to be significantly different from the agreed-upon project scope.
Subscription or Retainer Services
- Subscription services (e.g., ongoing graphic design support) are refundable only for unused months if canceled in advance.
Return Policy for Physical Products
If you purchase printed or physical products from us (e.g., business cards, brochures):
- Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions
