Services Overview
Graphic Xpress offers graphic design, branding, web development, and related creative services. All projects are subject to the terms outlined in individual agreements or proposals.
Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full or as per the agreed payment schedule before project commencement.
- Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension.
- Payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Upon full payment, ownership of final design files transfers to the client.
- Usage Rights: Graphic Xpress retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, marketing materials, or social media unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
- Third-Party Materials: Any licensed or third-party materials used in a design remain the property of their respective owners.
Revisions and Approvals
- Projects include a set number of revisions ( 5 revisions per project). Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
- Final approval from the client is required before delivering final files or proceeding to production.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice. Refunds will be handled as per our Refund & Return Policy.
- Refunds are not provided for completed and approved work.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide clear instructions, feedback, and necessary assets (e.g., logos, images) promptly.
- Delayed responses may result in extended deadlines or project postponement.
Limitation of Liability
Graphic Xpress is not liable for:
- Damages caused by errors or omissions after client approval.
- Issues arising from third-party services, such as printing or hosting providers.
- Losses due to unforeseen circumstances, including technical failures or force majeure events.
Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive project details without your permission. Similarly, clients are expected to respect our proprietary methods and materials.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy policies.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
